●Zen Meditation Training: Learn and practice meditation to improve focus and inner peace. Beginners are welcome!
●Funk Music Project: Get involved in a creative music project with George Clinton.
If you’re interested in band activities, singing a song, track making, image editing or jam sessions with J-instrument and folk song, this is the place for you!
Whether you make beat or just love music, you’re welcome to join.
●IT Skills Preferred: If you have skills in IT or tech-related fields, that’s a big plus!

Neighborhood
Just 20 minutes by subway from Omotesando is the Yanesen district, a charming neighborhood known as Tokyo's old town in the northeast of the capital.
Yanesen consists of the Yanaka, Nezu and Sendagi neighborhoods and is considered one of Tokyo's most characteristic and authentic neighborhoods, far from the typical tourist crowds. The neighborhood is almost exclusively visited by people who live in the surrounding area.
Here you will find historical sites such as Yanaka Cemetery and Nezu Shrine, as well as traditional wooden houses, izakaya pubs, cafes and retro stores selling old-style sweets and snacks. The best thing to do in this area is to take a walk back in time to experience authentic Tokyo at a slower pace.
Some of the places you should not miss in this area:
-Strolling around Yanaka Ginza Shopping Street
-Visit the Nezu Shrine
-Eat delicious taiyaki at Nezu no Taiyaki

Accessibility
From Nishi-Nippori Station, you can reach Shinjuku Station in 20 minutes and Shibuya in less than 30 minutes without changing trains.
Tokyo Station is only 15 minutes away, so the location is very convenient if you work in the Marunouchi area.
You will find plenty of shopping options close to the house.
In addition to the Yanaka Ginza shopping district, there are several stores such as Maruetsu Petit, My Basket, drugstores, and convenience stores within a few minutes walk.

The sharehouse, a 72-square-meter 3LDK apartment with a spacious 12-tatami terrace, is located on the first floor of a building constructed in 2019.
As of 2025, the landlord is using two of the three private rooms. The owner lives with an Italian greyhound dog.
The house is dog-friendly, small dog owners are welcome!
Musicians are also welcome, you can practice singing or playing musical instruments (there is a piano in the house) until 21:00.
You have free access to the outdoor terrace and living room, where you can enjoy a cup of tea, read, watch movies, listen to music...
The living room is equipped with a sofa, a table, a large TV with cable TV, and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a dry function.
Outside you will find a large terrace with a clothesline, coffee table, and two chairs. The entrance to the building is equipped with an automatic lock, and there is also a delivery box. The garbage can be disposed of 24 hours a day.

Deposit: 50,000 JPY (full refund if there is no damage to the house)
Cleaning fee: 33,000 yen (If there are damages that cannot be covered by this amount, you will be asked to pay the cost additionally)
