The area is very convenient, especially for students of Tokyo University or Ochanomizu University.
The sharehouse is safe and secure. All the potential tenants go under a solid identity check, everyone is welcome regardless of age or nationality, or gender.
The share house is located 10min on foot from the Kodokan Judo Institute.
You have access to a 7-Eleven within a 1minute walk and the closest grocery store is only 5minutes away. There is also a coin laundry at a 4-minute walk, to wash and dry larger items if you need to.
[Building]
It is an RC structure building built in 1984.
The kitchen and common room are on the first floor. Cooking utensils and cutlery are provided.
There are 4 showers on the 1st floor. You will also find a washing machine and dryer (100 yen per use). Each floor has its own mini kitchen + sink.
Between each floor (near the stairs), you will find a sink and toilet (4 in total).
[Rooms]
All 15 rooms are private rooms.
Each room has a bed (single size with bed sheets), table, chair, closet, TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi.

[Conditions and payment methods according to the type of contract]
(1) For short-term contracts (1 to 3 months), advance payment is required.
・The cleaning fee (deducted from the security deposit) is currently set at 10,000 yen.
・Because all payments are made in advance, you don’t need a guarantor company.
・The fire insurance fee is fixed at 10,000 yen.

(2) For medium-term contracts (up to 6 months), advance payment for the first 3 months is required. The remaining amount will have to be paid in the third month.
・The cleaning fee (deducted from the security deposit) is currently set at 10,000 yen.
・Because all payments are made in advance, you don’t need a guarantor company.
・The fire insurance fee is fixed at 10,000 yen.

(3) For long-term contracts (7 months or more), it is mandatory to use a guarantor company. The contract will be a traditional 2-year basis contract. If you move out after less than 24 months, the contract can be canceled (without penalty).
・Rent and management fees are paid monthly.
・After cancellation, the cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
・The Guarantor company fee will be added to the initial cost.
Equivalent to 50% of the total rent amount + management fee (see example above)

[Double occupancy]
Rooms of 10㎡ or more can accommodate two people (203/205/303/305/403/405/501/502)
10,000 yen have to be added to the rent and each occupant has to pay the management fee 15000 yen/month.
[Cleaning]
Professional staff will come to the house once a week and clean the common areas.
Intensive cleaning is also provided twice a year.
[Booking and viewing]
Online booking is available but the move-in is only confirmed after examination by the guarantor company.
On-site viewing is possible, let us know if you want to take a look at the building and rooms in advance.
When applying, it is necessary to apply to a guarantor company.
