Good access to universities such as Ochanomizu, Tsukuba, Atomi, and Takushoku University, etc... 100 meters away from a nice park and 5 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (Myogadani station). 9 minutes to Gokokuji Station on the Toyko Metro Yurakucho Line.
For your comfort, all 10 rooms are fully furnished, clean, and sunny. Throughout the House, there is Wi-Fi internet service available. The wooden floors and white walls are giving private rooms a very relaxing atmosphere.
The big kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal yourself or with your housemates. After you are done with cooking, you can either eat your hot meal in the comfortable corner seat right in the kitchen or at the extremely big balcony with wooden furniture.
