Located within 5 minutes walking distance from JR Shinjuku Station and JR Yoyogi Station - perfect location with a lovely view of the city from the balcony on the 9th floor.

La Casa Yoyogi is a fully private apartment with its own small kitchen corner and bath unit.

The apartment has a double bed, sofa, low table, TV, and kitchen corner including a mini-fridge/ microwave/ tableware/ cooking utensils, kettle, and rice cooker. A vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, and hairdryer are also available.

There is no washing machine in the apartment, please use the neighborhood’s coin laundry.

For hygienic purposes, a bedding set (pillow, cushion, blankets, covers, bedsheets) is not provided. The tenant needs to prepare and use their own set.
Bed frame and mattress are provided. We can help to purchase a set for an additional fee if needed.
You will be required to get rid of the bedding set (and every extra thing you brought into the apartment) when you move out. You can use a private or public service, Give it to your friend, or sell it.

Our pricing plan depends on the length of your stay:

Initial Fees (at booking):

• Deposit: 50,000 JPY
• Cleaning fee: 35,000 JPY
• Total Initial Fee: 85,000 JPY

Rent + Utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity, Internet):

• 1st month: 150,000 JPY + 20,000 JPY
• 2nd month: 145,000 JPY + 20,000 JPY
• 3rd month: 140,000 JPY + 20,000 JPY
• 4th month: 135,000 JPY + 20,000 JPY
• 5th month: 130,000 JPY + 20,000 JPY
• 6th month onwards: 125,000 JPY + 20,000 JPY

Options:

• Option 1: Double occupancy + 5,000 JPY per month
• Option 2-1: Pocket Wi-Fi router (up to 20GB/month) + 3,000 JPY per month
• Option 2-2: Pocket Wi-Fi router (up to 100GB/month) + 5,000 JPY per month
• Option 3: Bicycle parking + 1,500 JPY per month

Additional Costs:

We recommend applying for insurance to cover your stay in Japan. (If tenants do not have insurance, they will not receive compensation in the event of injury, theft of belongings, or damage caused by their mistake resulting in claims for compensation from neighbors.)

• Option 2-2 : Routeur Wi-Fi portable (jusqu'à 100 Go/mois) + 5 000 JPY par mois
• Option 3 : Stationnement pour vélo + 1 500 JPY par mois

Frais supplémentaires :

Nous recommandons de souscrire une assurance pour couvrir votre séjour au Japon. (Si les locataires n'ont pas d'assurance, ils ne recevront pas de compensation en cas de blessure, de vol de biens ou de dommages causés par leur erreur entraînant des réclamations de compensation de la part des voisins.)
